Acoris specialists have implemented an efficient management project at the President Valdas Adamkus Sports Centre of our University: the installation of an access control system to remotely manage the access of authorised cars to the territory, the installation of a smart parking system with space management for departments, and the installation of an access control and ticket system. Our car park, located next to a petrol station, was controlled by a guard. It is difficult to provide adequate short- and long-term security around the clock. We have solved many problems in this way, and we are seeing a significant increase in efficiency.

We have a five-storey garage with 300 customers, so we have had challenges with billing and misunderstandings when cars were left in secure areas by nearby residents. Acoris’ card-based access control system allows only own cars to enter the site, and we can effectively block non-paying customers. Everything is working perfectly, with more security for customers and no conflicts with those who like to avoid paying for the service.

Acoris understood our challenges and implemented an access control project that turned our college hotel into a smart hotel. After selecting the day, the room, the sports services, the customer pays online and receives a PIN code that gives access to all the booked rooms. A really effective solution, implemented on time and with high quality.

We have two student halls of residence for over 400 students. Acoris has helped with the calculation, payment and control of the dormitory fees. The system even allows us to block access to the dormitory if a resident maliciously fails to pay monthly bills
