Smart parking for business
Do you have a car park but can’t control traffic flows? Are you constantly finding spaces occupied? Or do you have ideas for a parking business? Whatever your traffic control objective, there is a modern solution – a parking control system.
Who it’s for:
- for entry with permits;
- control of company-owned cars;
- time attendance management;
- parking time limits;
- parking charges;
- charging for charging electricity;
- for your other transport control needs.
Parking control
The system can serve basic vehicle control. For example, only company employees and registered visitors are allowed in the car park. This is the simplest option, but the system’s possibilities are much wider. Not only can you allow registered cars into the car park, but you can also control the working hours of employees or at least keep track of company-owned cars. The system will record when an employee has left with a work car and when they have parked it. They will also not be able to pick up the car outside working hours, as the gates or barriers will simply not open.
For the purposes of linking to time attendance, simply capturing the car will not be sufficient, as an employee may successfully exit the site through unfenced spaces after entering the car park. Therefore, you can choose a personal identifier (QR code, mobile app, facial recognition, etc.) that you prefer, which will be used by the employees to enter or leave the premises and thus record the working time.
Another advantage of site control is the distribution of employees’ vehicles by department. This way, everyone has their own space and there’s no need to find someone to blame for who took it.
If you want to control the parking lot of your shop, restaurant, hotel or other establishment, it is a good idea to opt for a timed entry/exit system. If you exceed the permitted parking time, you may be charged. Various solutions are available for even more effective control. For example, the customer has to reserve a space on the app or provide the vehicle details at registration to avoid being charged for parking while using your services.
Controlling transport movements for more efficient business
Every manager’s ambition is to contain costs and improve the efficiency of services. How to do this? Take advantage of the latest technology.
- You don’t need a parking attendant. A computerised system that monitors the movement and security of cars does the job perfectly.
- You won’t lose customers who can’t find a parking space because you limit the time or only allow pre-registrations.
- Delays will not require staff to use the excuse that they couldn’t find a place to park their car.
- Employees will not use the company car after working hours for their own use.
- By linking the system to employee access, you not only keep track of when employees enter and leave, but you can also exclude them according to your company’s requirements. For example, if a health certificate has expired, you can exclude them.
There are many different options, so we recommend that you contact Acoris experts to get insights you might not have thought of because you simply didn’t know about these technological possibilities.
Revenue opportunities with a transport control system
As the popularity of electric cars grows, so does the demand for electric charging stations. As a result, more and more companies are installing these stations in their car parks. So why not take the opportunity to increase revenue?
The vehicle control system can be linked to electric charging stations to make the management of cash collection much simpler and more efficient.
If you have a strategically located plot of land, you can successfully adapt it for the installation of a charging car park with electric charging stations.

Intelligent tools for modern solutions
The best opportunities are offered by special automated programmes tailored to individual customer needs. Wireless connectivity and computer-controlled systems allow expanding the possibilities to customise personal identification tools, sensors/cameras, various barriers and gates, e-payments, etc.
In addition, the system allows you to collect, organise and transfer data to selected applications such as CRM and/or accounting.
