The inventory accounting system consists of
Employee e-cards or fobs
Cards can be personalised or not. For use with NFC phones, the cards’ internal chip must comply with NTAG requirements.





Inventory identifiers
Attaches to or inside tools or other equipment (e-stickers, pendants, screw-on tags, screwed into wood, etc.). Can be used with NFC.



*The selection of tags and tool identifiers is extensive, so there is a wide range to choose from to suit your needs.
Software
The system keeps track of workers and tools and assigns RFID tags to them. The responsible employee shall have an NFC tag reader, either an NFC phone or an e-tag reader connected to a computer with software installed to capture the transmission of tools. During the tool transfer capture, the reader reads the employee’s card, the tool tag, and can be assigned to which object or project it will be used. The transfer is immediately visible in the application.
The software is installed on UAB Acoris servers.
