People identifiers
Cards, key chains, watches, mobile phones with integrated NFC chip.
Cards can be permanent, personalised or prepaid:
- Permanent – a presentable office card with your number. It is issued on arrival, used for the entire stay, and returned on departure;
- Personalised – the card can be pre-ordered or made on arrival for a separate fee with a name (photo) (as a souvenir, discount for the next visit, etc.);
- Prepayment – a partial (advance) deposit of money to pay for certain services.
Applications for cards, pendants, stickers
- Keep outsiders out;
- Recording who came, where, when (to class, to work (automatic filling of the attendance register, attendance chart), to important rooms (server room, labs), to extra-curricular events);
- Advance booking of meeting rooms and other facilities.
Registration is done with fixed readers at the door or NFC mobile phones.
The bus is equipped with a card reader that registers boarding and alighting passengers and transmits the information to a central computer. Those in charge have information on who went where, when and how many pupils were transported.
RFID fobs are attached to office and car keys, which are scanned by an NFC reader on a computer or an NFC phone, along with the card of the employee taking it.
- Pay in the canteen, food and drink vending machines by card or phone;
- Meals for staff may be paid for by the institution.
For photocopiers and printers, printed documents can be sent from a computer or phone, picked up by an identifiable e-card or phone, and paid for according to available plans. Scanned documents can be sent to a computer or phone in the same way.
Describes the residents’ and rooms’ information, the procedure for calculating the fees, then automatically calculates the monthly fees, submits the bills and collects the fees. Integrated access control, laundry facilities, parking management and accounting systems.
Washing and drying facilities are controlled by card controllers, who check whether the user is entitled to use them and the billing system, and control the washing facilities themselves accordingly. The charge is included in the monthly bill or debited immediately. The sale of laundry detergents can also be integrated.
The management software is integrated with the barriers and allows free access (for employees, guests), the fee is included in the monthly bill or paid immediately. Control of the barriers is possible by e-card, mobile phone (SMS, apps), car number recognition by video camera.
Tickets and reservations for events. Identification of users on arrival by e-card or phone. Payment at the event by e-wallet.
NFC stickers (similar to QR or barcodes) are attached to the assets to be accounted for and scanned with an NFC phone. This is particularly useful for movable assets (computers, projectors, etc.), where the NFC tag of the device and the employee’s card are scanned. The app records this until the device has been returned to storage or handed over to another person, known to the user.
