SIn order to reduce illegal work in construction, as well as the non-declaration of income and unreported income under business licenses, the Seimas adopted amendments to the Construction and Other Laws as early as the end of 2021, which introduced additional obligations for builders (principals), contractors and natural persons carrying out the construction works themselves, and created a new instrument – the Transparent Identification of the Person Working code (SDID). It can be found at The data recorded can be verified and indicates the status of the person as an employee, self-employed person or person posted to Lithuania. In other words, the information allows you to determine whether a person is working legally in construction.
Those who do not have a transparent employee code, as well as clients and contractors, face fines.

This card not only solves the problem of SDID control, it can also be used for access control. It allows employees to enter the premises or area only on a scheduled basis, sends notifications to supervisors about late arrivals, and provides a register of employees who have arrived/not arrived at the workplace.
The card can be used for timekeeping. When the card is scanned, it automatically records arrivals to / departures from the workplace and generates a table. The system can be integrated with the accounting software in use, in tool procedure modules or other business management systems.
