The mandatory Passport of Opportunity (PoO) checks starting on 13 September create additional concerns for catering establishments, hotels, shops, cultural, entertainment and sports establishments: how to carry out PoO checks in an optimal, safe and cost-effective way? How to ensure the safety of customers, visitors and staff?
You can check manually with a mobile phone or tablet as recommended, but this is a tedious and extra costly exercise. It is no coincidence that a new profession has emerged – GP inspectors – who are actively sought after by businesses and other institutions that have to enforce the Government’s decrees.
We offer an efficient solution – automatic GP control!
The GP verification process can be automated in the following ways:
- An automatic control unit is installed, where a green or red light immediately illuminates when the GP is attached, with a corresponding audible signal.
- If access control equipment is already in use, it can be supplemented with a QR code scanner that will assess whether the GP is valid and prevent people with an invalid GP from being let through.
- The simplest option is to activate a person’s pass validity for the duration of the GP only, if they have access control equipment.
