The Service Booking, Billing and Management System is designed to automate the provision of paid services by allowing customers to purchase and pay for the desired service on a self-service e-website, and to receive an automatic confirmation of the service reservation (ticket). This ticket allows the person to access and use the service independently, without the assistance of a company employee, throughout the reservation process.

Software

The software is installed on Acoris UAB or on the customer’s servers
Simple system installation:
Phase 1 – remote-controlled locks are installed at the service points for access through gates, gates, building and rooms, as well as electronic locks for unlocking bicycles or other rental equipment. The reservation system will then send control PINs or QR codes and their expiry date to them online.
Phase 2 – Preparation and implementation of the website, integrating it with banking, access control equipment and the company’s business management system
